I purchased running boards with my recent purchase of 2026 Highlander and had them replaced installed by the dealership.
I was a bit disappointed in the service received as the day of installation after 2 hours of waiting I was informed they didn’t have the tool to put on the 2026 running boards. Not sure why it took 2 hours to figure that out and considering it was June and they were purchased from Toyota directly how did they not know this?

The work order was not completed leaving off the oil change and filter. My husband went back to get it done. After putting one new tire on, shouldn’t the alignment be checked - tires rotated ? If yes - Neither done. Service very haphazard and communication not thorough.
She was great at explaining to me how to utilize some of my car's features that I was having problems with. She coordinated securing the parts for My brakes and arranged for me to return to get the work done. She kept me informed throughout the entire process

It was okay Seemed to be much more expensive than the last time I came in for an oil change. It would be nice if the tech who took pictures of potential issues actually labeled them so I could easily determine what I was looking at

Horrible experience! Drove over 3 hrs altogether for a Tacoma that was rusted and it wasn’t even detailed! To top it off I told them I was using my personal bank and without my consent the Finance Manager ran my credit giving me an unauthorized HARD PULL! I didn’t even buy the truck! He still ran my credit !!! These Dealerships are getting to be ridiculous! They ruin your credit if you don’t purchase their vehicle! Very unprofessional and rude!!

I found Jordan Pleasant, even though it was a busy day for the dealership. I found out the next day through the head service tech about the first free service in which Jordan did not convey. I will also be asking about somebody from the tech crew helping me navigate the new system in the vehicle. I do wish that somebody could have done that or offered it to me.

The total service was fine but unhappy about the the customer service. I knew my car would take a while and I understood the dealership was busy. I saw my car was finished and was in the pick up area. I waited a while before I inquired about the status. She total me is was going to be pulled around shortly. Working with the sales team to find a good fit for our family was lovely. We got exactly what we were looking for, and came home with a well maintained vehicle for a great price. Unfortunately, my experience with the back office financial team has ruined the entire experience for me. I won’t return to Byers, and would not recommend them, simply because of the way this finance team has treated / handled my loan and warranty. Perhaps if you’re paying straight cash, you will enjoy this dealership!

Coming from out of state I wasn't sure what to expect. I started the inquiry on Sunday and was surprised to hear back from Kyle the same day. In PA you won't hear anything from car dealers. Everything was ready when they said it would be; Both the sale and Finance went smoothly. Overall, was a very good experience!
Gentleman said to give him 45 minutes. I waited an hour and 10 minutes and went inside service center to ask what was going on with my car. A gentleman went to ask person about my car, the first gentleman came up to me after a few minutes and said they were checking on a running light that was out and to give them 25 minutes. After 35 minutes the gentleman gave me my keys and said car was parked outside waiting on me.
People were nice and professional. Process took too long especially since the financing was already set. Also, fuel tank was less than half full and battery had not been charged. Lastly, I had to point out required maintenance/repairs that had not been done so they were done while making us wait even longer than necessary. So overall nice people but not great at preparing the car for sale.
Service is great. Peace of mind. I've been servicing my vehicle here for past 3-4 times and it's always great. No unnecessary recommendations and genuine reports are shown. No hassle in warranty claim either. Technicians spend good amount of time on a vehicle and it's really feel like value for money. Jourden is great. He carefully listens all of my concerns and tries the best to resolve them. Thank you!

Kinda a long story- nutshell, intial work on vehicle, mechanic broke AC condenser but wasn't found until months later. Brought vehicle back and initially wanted to charge me for it. I asked Qynnae a question about the lights and it was explained to me that I could understand!! This is the first car I ever had, that had all this electronic stuff on it.. They checked my Warranty to see if to fix this problem was covered. It wasn't but they told me what had to be done and the cost.
